It went up on Tuesday and Joe Ferrari told his girlfiriend, Laurie Guidice, they needed to go pick up a new vehicle. When they got close, he pretended something was wrong with the truck he was driving and pulled off to the side of the road.
That's when Laurie noticed the billboard, which has their 20-month-old son Louis' picture on it. She asked Joe, "Is this true?" That's when Joe gave her the ring.
Ferrari owns T.C. Hooligan's in Greece, NY and conspired with Lamar Advertising to get the billboard up. Now it will be updated to let everyone know that Laurie said yes.
The billboard will stay up for 30 days.
Laurie and Joe haven't set a date for the wedding.
